Ministry - So What

Did you ever wake up and realize it was gonna be that kind of day?

All days are the same days. Every morning I am a Phoenix or Thunderbird and it is I that inhales the cinder and smoke of yesterday to stoke anew the fire within my belly.

Meet Clarence. He was made homeless by Hurricane Katrina. In some cities, the homeless hawk newspapers as a way to raise income. With the help of the charitable arm of advertising agency BBH New York, Clarence is selling 4G wireless access at SXSW — $2 for 15 minutes. And in case you need said access to follow you while you’re doing something, he’ll follow along and even keep you company. This is cool and kinda innovative.

“He’ll follow you along and even keep you company”.

Yeah, real cool and kinda innovative, making a grown man act like a gimp for a bunch of wankers with entitlement issues. Jesus Christ alive.

Bought that Dymo labelmaker at Garber Hardware (family owned and operated since 1884) in the West Village for thirteen bucks. This is the third Dymo labelmaker I’ve owned. I think I might still even have number two in a toolbox here at my apartment (this one is for labeling my personal stuff that I bring to work). I guess I’m just a huge fan of monospace fonts.

I have had this on endless repeat for the last two weeks or so.

From the time I get home from work until the time I leave for work it plays, over and over, the hipster downstairs neighbors knocked on my door at 4AM about a week and a half ago and pleaded through my peephole to turn it down so I attenuated my subwoofer’s perceived resonant frequency on the graphic equalizer and set the thing atop a folded towel in order to decouple it from the floorboards and the resonance chamber that exists within the joist cavity. They haven’t complained since and it’s still at that near-overwhelming level that charms it so well. Guess everyone doesn’t like the sound of timpani drums and contrabass strings (standard tuning puts their lowest note within the octave that lies just above the lowest note humans are able to process as an open bow draw registers at 30-ish Hertz, perspective!: elephants can communicate at 5Hz and I remember from my days as a sound guy that 80-100Hz is usually the lowest frequency a well-trained human voice can smoothly reach without broadspectrum splintering, you’ll really hear the lowstrings kick in around 5’46” in). Mein Weg by Arvo Part, by the way.

Pledge Of Allegiance of the Day: The Republican Party of Laurens County, South Carolina, last week unanimously passed a resolution requiring members who wish to run for public office to sign a pledge affirming that they were abstinent before marriage, that they are and will continue to be faithful to their spouse, that they are neither homosexual nor in favor of equal rights for same-sex couples, and that they will never again look at pornography.
The so-called “Resolution of The Laurens County Republican Party regarding The Qualifications of Candidates for the Primary Ballot” was approved by all 13 present members of the party’s executive committee at a meeting held last Tuesday.
An unidentified candidate who was present at the meeting said he was “puzzled” by the resolution, but the committee members refused to answer questions following the vote.
According to an unofficial report, a subcommittee consisting of three members will be responsible for ensuring that candidates meet the required criteria. It remained unclear how the party intended to “hold into account” candidates who ran afoul of the pledge.
Reached for comment, Laurens County Republican Party chairman Bobby Smith said the move was necessary to protect the party’s reputation.
“The party has been pushing for closed primaries,” Smith told the Clinton Chronicle. “People feel the platform has not been adhered to. We want candidates to believe in and uphold the party’s platform.”
The chairman released a statement today saying that, “due to various legal issues,” the party would not be allowed to force potential candidates who have met state qualifications to sign the pledge. However, the party “reserves the right to vet its candidates and will encourage all candidates to uphold the principles of the party’s platform as well as petition candidates to sign a pledge to do so.”

Nothing Is The Same

halley:

It’s a new world. Everything just turned into backwards-day.

If we look at the oligarchy, the upper-echelon, the elite, the wealthy, the dictators, those that seek to oppress via the technologies we have created in support of humanity (apps aside … let’s take for example the entire system of nodes that create this internet).

One has to dig at the root. The tap root. Let’s look at where the power was, in comparison to where the power is

Centuries ago freemasons flexed their collective and undeniable importance. Against tyranny they held faster than any uprising or riot and shook things into a different dynamic.

The fancies fucked it up, they recruited deep pockets and shallow brains, and sought to hold us all by some imagined collective ballsack.

They lost and they’re losing again this time. They don’t know it yet but they forgot history. They forgot that subversives transact and wager against them until they fail or collapse or perform treasonous action and that they have waged war/conflict against us. Do they think that we do not read the teachings of B. Franklin, or T. Jefferson? Do they think us illiterate or ill minded or ill informed nincompoops?

Guess who makes the internet? Guess who manipulates it? Guess who toils and spends countless hours coding the inner network that comprises the tools/trolls/technology used to organize revolutions against those that seek to silence the voice?

Who fleshes IS-IS or OSPF protocols? Who rewrote the whole thing to facilitate Shortest Path Bridging of PSLB ethernet connections? Let alone the introduction of optimized link state networks for wireless mesh networks. Who penned this hot shit?

Us.

We did.

Once it was a collective energy to preserve secrets, it is now a larger organization focused on exposing, not reality, but fact. This network, this internet, was conceived of and developed by and nurtured by people hellbent on one thing and one thing alone: the free and accessible dissemination of knowledge; across borders, across walls, across castes, across classes, across economic barriers, across socio-political constructs, across definitions, and across all the judgements of their willy-nilly crap.

Fuck you.

And your mother too.

Hard.

This is the age of anonymous. The revolution was not televised. It was never gonna be. Get over yourself.

They have stated that they are legion already, expect them.

Run for your lives.

Fast.

PS. y’all asshats anyway, never really liked the stuff you sold us anyhow.

Halley and I penned this quick and furiously tonight.

You may have never met the architects of the information superhighway but they are an eclectic and driven current bunch that MOCKS those that can not understand, let alone will they tolerate the fools asking for the controls sought. They build the palatial facade and ornate entryway and supercharged the limo that brought you to the estate so you could live lavish and wanton with your bankroll, those same lowly programmers also eternally rigged in the backdoor for those of us laid off in droves by said partythrowers. And much more. They fail to realize that they are playing on our field, with our weather and newly thought flanks that regularly cost them the game.

What are they going to do, build a new internet? HAH! Know that those slowly conscripted to such a project detail in the tens of thousands and such an undertaking will require the wholesale assumption of unchecked geniuses and the level of genius required to rewrite the entire system of nodes and packet-sending and transfer protocols will not abide you even for capital gain for this is a system developed for the sharing of information and it was developed by scientists in order to facilitate the free transmission of data packets.  Foxes in your henhouse, alright. Get bent while we keep this local. Anything you make will suck in comparison as we can do everything here now.

Within 48 hours I reprimand with and reinvoke the following: Discere omne. Hoc aut mortem.
