so i added some more filter gel to my infrared to cut out more visible light.
prior to this evening i had six layers of roscolux #382 congo blue cut and stacked above the sensor to block out damn near everything. but as you’ll notice from the above graphic, the wavelength starts spiking upward at around 620nm. so, in an effort to compensate for this, i added one layer of #84 kelly green to help cut down the red. if it doesn’t cut out enough when i test it tomorrow i’ll slap in two more layers to pull out more from that end of the spectrum.
