so cuckoobrain likes mojitos (so do i) and i scanned recipes last weekend for ‘em. last week they were made with club soda, they weren’t anything special and that bothered me because i’ve had really good ones before.

so, this week i picked up superfine ground sugar (not quite confectioner’s) and ixnayed the club soda for schweppes lemon-lime seltzer water. along with the juice from a whole lime and some rum this drink is PHENOMENAL.
