Also, I did the math and the aspect ratio of this lens setup is 3.01:1 (roughly 27:9 vs. the common widescreen ratio of 16:9, aka 1.78:1). That means ultra-super-duper-duper-widescreen format, wider than standard 70mm cinematic anamorphic (2.39:1) or ultra-panavision format (2.75:1). Anything ever shot wider than the latter has utilized three cameras.
The Kowa anamorphic attachment used here is a vintage-coated piece of glass, and so is the 50mm f1.4 lens I attach it to. When that’s combined with the lowest ISO possible the image achieves the highest saturation of pure color possible in .raw format. This was f1.4@1/200, ISO100.
