my tastebuds just had a womanly orgasm. this stuff is amazing. it’s not overly sweet yet not chalky, it’s flavor is subtle and discernable yet not watered down. first thing tomorrow morning afternoon [jared never wakes up before 1pm on a sunday] i’m picking up a bottle of my favorite sparkling wine ever (i say favorite because at $18 per bottle it’s not only affordable for non-special occasions, but also because it’s actually better than veuve clicquot brut (the infamous and most common sparkling wine you find at any and all the best new york highbrow events. you’ve seen it. it has the yellow label.)) so i can sip on a bellini while i craft up my favorite hollandaise sauce for some eggs benedict (i use shirred eggs topped with hungarian paprika and swiss because they’re fucking better) with a side of gently toasted brioche.
