today is pickleday again here at the roessler homestead.

got HUGE kirbies, dill weed, thai peppers, horseradish root, cloves, tons of garlics, tumeric, etc.

coming up:

one jar of sweet dill spears (in the fridge already).

one jar of extra-hot dill spears (in the fridge, too).

one jar of semi-sweet bread-and-butter slices (cuke slices are salted and under ice and chilling right now, canning begins at 16:00 -5gmt). i wish i had a mandolin, i could cut them all wavy if i did.
