infrastructure improvements are important to me. such as: the toilet here had an old korky ballcock —i hate those— and the toilet tank’s cover didn’t fit quite right so i went out and picked up fluidmaster 400a ballcock, a brandy-new tank, and a nice new puffy seat. also installed: new kitchen faucet with sprayer, shelving all over, dopeass custom coax/phone/ethernet/electric wire management, undercabinet lighting, new bathroom light fixture, pilot-light and dimmer switches, insect-invasion preventative measures, etc.
