i am so glad that my old man owned hardware stores since i was three and that i worked in hardware stores while i was in high school and college.

1/10th gallon caulking gun
utility knife
8” vise-grips

magnetic torpedo level
digital stud finder
16 oz. claw hammer
24 oz. wafflehead framing hammer
gb live-wire finder
ac/dc digital multimeter
8” crescent wrench
6” needle nose pliers
6” diagonal pliers
3/8” ratchet set
medium/coarse, fine/medium sanding blocks

35’ tape measure
metric and standard hex key sets
glazier’s knife

infrastructure improvements are important to me. such as: the toilet here had an old korky ballcock —i hate those— and the toilet tank’s cover didn’t fit quite right so i went out and picked up fluidmaster 400a ballcock, a brandy-new tank, and a nice new puffy seat. also installed: new kitchen faucet with sprayer, shelving all over, dopeass custom coax/phone/ethernet/electric wire management, undercabinet lighting, new bathroom light fixture, pilot-light and dimmer switches, insect-invasion preventative measures, etc.
