i woke up to this playing this morning (after falling asleep to la monte young’s the well tuned piano). it ain’t just noize or run-of-the-mill free jazz, people. it’s ferocious and odd and dramatic and unbelievably tight at times (recorded at a show in paris, track ripped from vinyl).
